So, we sat around eating cheese and bikkies, drinking red wine, answering trivia questions, attempting to burn down the school...
...WHAT?
Um. You know those tealight candles on the tables? Turns out it wasn't such a brilliant idea to have candles around when you're going to be passing multiple sheets of paper back and forth between people. Or maybe that was just our table, no-one else seemed to have a problem :P
Once we'd finished the trivia part of the evening we turned on the music. Some of us even got up and danced. You know, the ones with a defective inhibition circuit. At least The Time Warp got a few extras on their feet and joining in.
Oh, and our table won the trivia :)

I haven't been to a trivia night in eons! Are you sure the paper didn't just spontaneously combust? looks like it might have you know :-)
Ah, yeah, spontaneous combustion, that was it. Not being too dopey to avoid putting the paper down right on top of the burning candle at all. It was all down to us being such red hot awesome trivia demons ;-)
Of course it was Mim! You see you can't be Dopey AND trivia demons. Psychologically impossible - trust me, I'm a 3rd year :0

Did you know the countries that the tropic of Capricorn went through? We really buggered it up. :)
Nope, didn't have a clue. I think we only got one of those right :) I got all the authors' real and pen names matched up right though - through the diligent application of dubious logic and sheer dumb luck - I only knew three of them for sure!
